All Burgener Nebulizers use HP PFA Teflon for the inner capillaries (sample passage and gas passage and orifice), except for the Ari Mist which has PTFE inner capillaries, and the X-175, NX-175, SC-175, Mira Mist CE, and Enya Mist which have PEEK inner capillaries and the SS-50 which has SS capillaries.  |
